I originally created this blog to illustrate the hilarious powers of Thor. In the first few issues of Journey into Mystery, (this frame is from Journey into Mystery number #84, Thor's second issue,) Thor basically gained a new power with every new comic. So, for the first installment of Thor's Powers, I give you a personal favorite: the ability to create shockwaves by spinning his hammer in a jail cell. Funny enough, most of our hero's abilities are a result of rapidly spinning Mjolnir the hammer, as we will soon see.
